Online work based learning engagement plan

You have to develop an online work - based learning engagement plan for your organization.

You may choose whether to do this individually or with a group of your colleagues.

The plan should indicate:

  1. what added value to organization online work based learning will have.
  2. what online learning tools or communities you will engage in and why, and how (if any) they will affect your IT infrastructure used within your organization.
  3. which steps you will make in order to engage your colleagues.
  4. which steps you will make in order to engage your boss.
  5. when and how you will measure the impact of this engagement within your organization.
  6. when and how you plan to present this plan for your boss and colleagues.

Your online work based learning engagement plan should be presented in a video presentation (with slides or in a document) and the record of the presentation should be linked to this assignment.
